La Casa

La Casa, located at the Desa Parkcity Waterfront, next to Noodle House serves Italian cuisine. This time we gathered for Vichelle's birthday, belated that was. Though priced on the high side, the quality of food was worth paying for. The restaurant sported a two-open-end concept with glass doors. While the front entrance faced the car park and the supermarket, the other end faced the park and in the evening, could be breezy and cooling.

Chargrilled Honey Mustard Chicken. Succulent strips of chicken breast chargrilled served with hot honey mustard sauce, parsley, grilled sliced aubergine and grilled potatoes. For RM25, serving portion was just right to fill one's stomach and it was good and tasty.

Pan-fried Fish with Harissa Spices was succulent butterfish fillet served cous cous and mango salad. Diners can opt to replace cous cous with french fries. Good choice for those who would like to have fish without the strong lingering fishiness. Priced the same as the Chargrilled Honey Mustard Chicken.

Priced at RM28, Cheese Baked Chicken was strips of chicken breast baked with cheese sauce. As the cheese was not too strong, this is a good choice for not-cheese-inclined diners to try. Served with french fries, lettuce and carrots.
