Daisaku Robata

Located in Menara Keck Seng on Jalan Bukit Bintang, Daisaku Robata is a Japanese restaurant that serves some very good japanese dishes. I had the opportunity to try some for dinner with my hubby, Adrian and cousin, Maggie.
Pickled cucumber and carrots with sesame were great appetisers.
Unagi, grilled eel was juicy and well marinated. One can finish a few bowls of rice with that alone.

Teriyaki Cod was superbly good. Served with fresh slided cucumber, tomatoes, shredded cabbage and cold mashed potatoes.

Deep-fried white yam to be eaten with a sprinkle of salt. Really good.

Shoba noodles ala italian style served with shredded ginger, fincely cut squids, and shredded seaweeds.

Cold tofu salad was really refreshing and a real treat for diners that are watching their weights. Fantastic dressing that goes so well with the beancurds and fresh vegetables and fried onions.

Sauce which we were told goes with all sorts of tempura dishes.
