Bongsen

Located on the top floor of KLCC, diagonally opposite Madam Kwan, Bongsen is a Vietnamese fusion restaurant. Each return would be the Vietnamese fresh rice paper prawn spring rolls and spicy beef noodles. Thirst quencher would be soda with sour plum and lime.

The prawn spring rolls were fresh finely cut carrots, mung bean sprouts, cucumber and lettuce wrapped in translucent rice paper and served with lime vinaigrette dip. The cold appetiser cost RM12++.

The spicy beef noodles came with chunks, balls and slices of beef and served with fresh basil, bean sprouts, and a slice of lime and light soy sauce with bird's eye chillies for extra strength in flavouring. Two modest diners may share a bowl of noodles as the serving portion was generous (oh well, the noodles cost RM20++).
